The Housing Application Process 

Note: You must be admitted to West Hills College Coalinga before you can apply for housing. If you are a returning student, you must re-apply for an on-campus living space.  If you have not applied for admissions, please complete the admissions application otherwise you will not be able to download the housing application.

To apply for housing you must complete these three steps:

1. Apply for housing and pay the $125.00 deposit fee (cashier's check, money order, or credit/debit card are the only accepted forms of payment). To pay by credit/debit card over the phone call 559.934.2311.
2. Make arrangement to pay for on-campus housing expenses (and tuition, if applicable) with the Office of Residential Living.
3. Sign a housing contract for the full academic year.

The housing application process will not be considered finalized until all 3 parts have been completed.

Deadlines:
Due to limited space, we encourage students to apply for Fall housing before July 1 and for Spring housing by December 1. After these dates, please contact the Department of Residential Living at (559) 934-2370 to check for space availability.
