The West Hills College Coalinga Performing Arts Program offers students the opportunity to develop skills in performing arts and television video production as they apply to the modern world of communications and education. The WHCC Performing Arts Program offers two certificate programs that teach skills helpful in careers such as advertising, public relations, business, law, and politics.
