Exam and Background Check
Must complete and clear a live scan to the extent authorized by law, and obtain satisfactory results from a background check. A background check will be conducted pursuant to applicable law, including but not limited to, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Investigative Consumer Reporting Agencies Act (ICRA), Consumer Credit Reporting Agencies Act (CCRA), Information Practices Act (IPA), and Labor Code section 432.7.
