Extended Opportunity Programs & Services (EOPS) is a state-funded program designed to help students with language, social, economic, and educational disadvantages gain access to and successfully complete a program of higher education.
Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education (CARE) was established as a supplemental component of EOPS to provide educational support services and activities for the academically underprepared, welfare-dependent, single head of household student population.
After EOPS application approval, students will have the following services available:
- Academic, Career, and Personal Counseling
- Book Services/Grants
- Educational Supplies
- Priority Registration
- Student Activities
- Workshops
