Enjoy a warm breakfast and a front row view of the WHAMOBASS hot-air balloon event at the 24th annual Sunrise Breakfast on Oct. 20, hosted by the West Hills College Coalinga Child Development Center. Donations from the event will benefit the Center.
“The Sunrise Breakfast continues to bring many families out to enjoy breakfast and have a good time,” said Lorri Redding, WHCC Child Development Center Site Supervisor. “It is a great fundraiser for our center and a great way for families to get to know each other.”
The breakfast will be held at the child development center on Cambridge Avenue from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. The breakfast is supported by donations of $5 or more per person. Admittance for preschool students and children ages four and under is free. Breakfast burritos, juice and coffee will be served.
Tickets to the event are now being presold by children and the families of children who attend the center and can also be purchased at the door.
Parent volunteers are needed to set up for the event on Friday afternoon and to help distribute and prepare food.
