Purchasing

Thank you for your interest in doing business with the West Hills Community College District (WHCCD).  The District seeks to expand its list of qualified vendors that provide high-quality services at competitive rates.

If you are interested in doing business with the WHCCD, please complete and return the Vendor Registration Form. 


It is important that all information requested be provided so we can make informed decisions regarding each vendor.  Failure to submit a complete application will delay your opportunity to do business with the District.

Instructions:
  1. Complete the WHCCD CUPCCAA Pre-Qualification Form (PDF)
    All information should be printed or typed and all fields complete. In the space provided, please provide a list of three (3) or more references with whom you have a business relationship.
  2. Complete the New Vendor Packet (PDF)
  3. Mail or email the completed forms to:
