District to adopt new Trustee Area boundaries before March 1, 2022

August 12, 2021 -- Census data released
August 28, 2021 -- Presentation at Board meeting re redistricting process, basics of legal criteria governing adjustment of trustee area boundaries and receive public comment.
Sept 20, 2021-- Official adjusted redistricting data released (SWDB)
October 2021 -- Create redistricting website; develop and execute public outreach plan
- October 26, 2021 at 3 p.m. | 26 de Octubre de 2021 a las 3 p.m.
  Second meeting with Board of Trustees to discuss demographics of current trustee areas under new 2021 Census data, receive further public comment re criteria and local goals for the 2021 redistricting process, and adopt criteria for developing maps.

October 2021 - January 2022 -- Decision-makers and the public provide input, review draft plans and provide feedback. Plan drawing continues until consensus is reached or no new plans needed
- November 9, 2021 -- Draft maps published on redistricting website. NOTE: Any maps from the public also must be received before this date to be considered at next meeting; maps must be on website at least 7 days prior.
- November 16, 2021 at 3 p.m. | 16 de Noviembre de 2021 a las 3 p.m.
  Public hearing to review draft maps and invite public testimony and feedback.

- December 7, 2021 -- Revised draft maps published on redistricting website.
  NOTE: Any maps from the public must also be received before this date to be considered at next meeting; maps must be on website at least seven days prior.
- December 14, 2021 at 9 a.m. | 14 de Diciembre de 2021 a las 9 a.m.
  Public hearing to review revised draft maps and invite further public testimony; Board selects final map for adoption at the next meeting.

- January 11, 2021 -- Publish final map on redistricting website seven days prior to adoption.
- January 18, 2022 at 1 p.m. | 18 de Enero de 2022 a la 1 p.m.
  Hold final public hearing and Board votes on a final map for adoption.
