The Grants Division is prepared to help you write your grant proposal and will submit
that proposal for funding review on behalf of the district and its colleges. The timeline
for this applications is critically important. As shown below in our Collaborative Grant Proposal Development and Submission timeline, the earlier we can collaborate on a proposal, the higher likelihood your proposal
will be funded.

and submission - Ensure institutional data meets ARIEP office standards

- If you have an idea for a grant project, your first step should be to outline what you plan to do and how much it will cost.
Then use our Grant Concept Form (Blue Sheet) to evaluate whether your idea is a good candidate for grant funding and seek departmental
approval. This step is optional but recommended. Please contact the Grants Division
to identify routing instructions for this form.
Grant Concept Form (Blue Sheet) - If you have identified a funding source for your proposal, you will need to provide the details of your proposal on the Grant Intent Form (Green Sheet) and route for approval. Please contact the Grants Division to identify routing instructions
for this form.
Grant Intent Form (Green Sheet) - Contact the Grants Division at as soon as possible but no later than thirty (30) days
prior to the application deadline. All external grant applications are reviewed and submitted by the Grants Office, with
prior approval by the college’s administration based upon a proposal’s alignment with
the district’s Strategic Plan.
