Lemoore College proudly announces the award of $303,086 in scholarships to 38 outstanding STEM students through the National Science Foundation's (NSF) S-STEM (Scholarships in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) CORES program for the 2024-2025 academic year. The scholarships were awarded to students today in a special ceremony celebrating their achievements and dedication to STEM fields. Supported by NSF funding, the S-STEM CORES program empowers students to pursue careers in STEM, strengthens their academic journey, and equips them with resources to excel in high-demand industries.
The S-STEM CORES scholarships at Lemoore College recognize students with exceptional potential and commitment to Biology, Engineering, Physics, and Math. Each recipient has met rigorous academic and personal qualifications, highlighting their drive to succeed in disciplines critical to technological and scientific advancement.
