Housing First is an approach to quickly and successfully connect individuals and families experiencing homelessness to permanent housing without preconditions and barriers.

Kings Community Action Organization (KCAO) Utility Program

The Utility Program helps families with due, past due, or disconnected utility service once per contract year on either their electric, gas, or wood/propane/oil bill.
